GCC Leadership and Management Consulting: Meet The DS Consulting Group
At The DS Consulting Group, we connect leadership development with the practical work of organisational change. Our focus is on helping organisations turn strategic priorities into clearer decisions, stronger teams, and measurable progress.
Effective leadership makes that connection visible in the way people work, collaborate, and take responsibility.
For businesses operating across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), understanding the local context is essential. The region comprises Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait and Bahrain.
Each organisation brings its own combination of ambitions, ownership structures, working practices and customer expectations. A useful consulting engagement begins by understanding those circumstances and defining the issue that needs attention.
Our team brings together Dr. Majid Ghazizadeh, Dr. Mostafa Sayyadi, Dr. Michael Provitera and Dr. Joanna Seraphim.
Their fields of work span strategy, innovation, organisational behaviour and design thinking. These perspectives offer complementary ways to examine how organisations make decisions, develop their people and put change into practice.
GCC leadership development should connect long-term goals with everyday management. A decision to enter a new market, introduce a technology or prepare a future leadership team needs clear responsibilities and appropriate skills.
It also needs a shared understanding of what success will look like. These foundations give leaders a way to monitor progress, learn from feedback, and adjust their plans.
Dr. Majid Ghazizadeh is the CEO and Co-Founder of The DS Consulting Group, based in Dubai. His professional work addresses artificial intelligence, the future of work, crisis management, and organisational transformation.
His publications also explore blockchain and the future economy. These subjects are relevant to leaders assessing how technological change could affect their workforce, operating model and strategic priorities.
They encourage a broader view of the decisions organisations make today and the capabilities they may need tomorrow
